Agreement Overview

By registering as a Vendor on Tompli, you agree to comply with the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms govern your use of our platform, listing policies, payment procedures, and responsibilities.

1. Vendor Eligibility & Registration

  • Vendors must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
  • Only legally registered and authorized businesses may register as vendors.
  • Vendors are responsible for securing login credentials and account activity.
  • Any unauthorized access must be reported to Tompli immediately.

2. Service Listing & Compliance

  • Vendors may list adventure activities, tours, rides, or related services under valid categories (Air, Water, Land).
  • All listed services must be genuine, legal, and compliant with regional regulations.
  • Vendors must provide accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability.
  • Tompli may review, approve, suspend, or remove listings violating rules or laws.
  • Vendors must immediately notify Tompli of changes in pricing or availability.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors must deliver high-quality services and resolve customer issues directly.
  • Timely responses to customer inquiries and booking requests are mandatory.
  • Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled solely by the vendor unless stated otherwise.
  • Vendors must maintain valid permits, certifications, licenses, and insurance.
  • Compliance with safety, health, and environmental laws is mandatory.

4. Platform Responsibilities

  • Tompli provides a digital marketplace interface for listings and bookings.
  • Promotion through campaigns and digital marketing may be provided.
  • Tompli does not guarantee booking volume or business performance.
  • Dashboard insights and analytics may be provided for performance tracking.
  • Tompli may suspend vendor accounts involved in fraudulent or unsafe activities.

5. Payments & Commissions

  • Customer payments will be processed through Tompli’s secure system.
  • Vendors agree to applicable commission or service fee structures.
  • Payouts will follow the payment cycle mentioned in the vendor agreement.
  • Vendors must comply with GST, income tax, and other statutory taxes.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Vendors grant Tompli a license to use logos, images, and content for listing and promotional purposes.
  • All uploaded content must be original or properly licensed.
  • Tompli may use vendor content across marketing channels.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Vendors must follow privacy laws and protect customer data.
  • Customer data can be used only for service delivery and support.
  • Sharing, selling, or misusing customer data is strictly prohibited.

8. Liability & Indemnity

  • Vendors are solely responsible for service quality, safety, and execution.
  • Tompli is not liable for damages, injuries, or service failures.
  • Vendors agree to indemnify Tompli from claims arising from vendor services.

9. Marketing & Promotion

  • Vendor participation in Tompli marketing campaigns is optional.
  • Tompli may promote vendor listings across online and offline channels.
  • Vendors must provide compliant and accurate promotional content.

10. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the vendor relationship with written notice.
  • All pending bookings and customer obligations must be settled upon termination.
  • Tompli may immediately suspend accounts for violations or illegal activities.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Amendments

  • Tompli may modify these Terms & Conditions periodically.
  • Vendors will be notified via email or dashboard alerts.
  • Continued platform usage indicates acceptance of new terms.
13. Acknowledgment

By registering as a vendor on Tompli, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions listed on this page.
